Yesterday was a day of preparation and purchase of odds 'n' ends. We soon found the sleeping bag and sponge mattress...but the Star Wars Lego model was a real challenge...(recalling distant childhood memories of dragging my poor Mum around shops to find the ultimate Airfix model).
But it was a very happy Gordon who arrived home...carrying a box almost a big as himself...he even let me help him build it! Sadly, it cost so much money we had to sell the house, 2 cars and all our clothes!
